Pricing questions
When do paid plans start?
There’s no date yet. Until then, Doorcove is free. When paid plans start, you keep the plan price that was on this page when you signed up.
What counts as a door?
Each place someone can rent: a house is one door, a fourplex is four.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Doorcove charges you nothing while it’s early and never asks for your card.
Can tenants pay rent online?
Yes, by bank transfer from their own screen. Rent your tenants pay online goes straight to the building owner’s bank account through Stripe; Doorcove never holds it. Online rent uses Stripe’s bank-transfer fee, at most $5.00 a payment, paid by the landlord to Stripe. Doorcove adds no fee.
Is there a contract?
No. It’s month to month, with no onboarding fee, no setup fee and no unit minimum.
